Jordan Riders, Jordan’s premier, and largest official bikers’ organization, recently hosted its highly anticipated second Skills Challenge at Bikers Village in Na’ur, Amman. The event brought together 25 experienced motorcycle racing enthusiasts, including Markazia Yamaha racers Hamza Abdelbari and Mohammad Daoudi, who clinched the top two spots with their outstanding performances.

Held in collaboration with Jordan Motorsport and supported by Zain Jordan, the Skills Challenge featured three categories; Touring, Cruiser and Adventure. Advanced time-measurement devices from Jordan Motorsport ensured optimal accuracy during the competition. Trophies were awarded to the first-place winners in each category, while medals were presented to the second and third-place winners. Furthermore, overall winners were determined by calculating total points earned from various competitions held over the years, and they were also honored with special trophies and cash prizes sponsored by the local  Yamaha dealership, Markazia Yamaha.

Prior to the event, Jordan Riders conducted meticulous technical inspections of the participating motorcycles to ensure compliance with safety and security standards. Each motorcycle had to feature an engine size of 500cc or above, and riders were required to possess a Jordan Motorsport racing permit.

Tarek Tabbaa, Vice President of Jordan Riders, expressed pride in the exceptional biking talents displayed during the Skills Challenge. He emphasized the organization’s commitment to creating a safe and competitive space for bikers across Jordan, fostering greater participation, and promoting responsible driving on the roads.

Fares Haddad, General Manager of Markazia Yamaha, expressed delight in being part of this remarkable event. He reaffirmed Markazia Yamaha’s dedication to supporting local activities that benefit its customers and promote safe riding principles. Haddad also congratulated all participants, especially the Markazia Yamaha riders, Hamza Abdelbari and Mohammad Daoudi, for their stellar performances and securing the top two spots in the overall ranking.
